E.W. Turk, Esq.
E.W. Turk, Esq. is a recognized leader as an asset protection, estate and trusts and business transactions attorney. He is admitted to practice law in the States of Florida and New Jersey, accredited with the Department of Veterans Affairs and is duly appointed and admitted to practice law in front of the Unites States Tax Court.
Mr. Turk is the founder of the National Asset Protection Society (NAPS) and Managing Member of Principle Counsel, PL, a national law firm located  in Palm Beach, Florida.
Mr. Turk’s professional career began on Wall Street. With this knowledge, he has assisted families and business owners for more than 17 years.
Mr. Turk is a contributor to numerous national and local publications and frequent television guest for political commentary. He regularly speaks throughout the country on the topics of asset protection, family office services and strategic estate planning.
When not working for his clients, Mr. Turk, his wife Karyn and their children are heavily involved in philanthropic and charitable endeavors throughout South Florida.
